Facilities Section Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee M&E works, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems.
• Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, DI water, scrubbers, IETS, sewage, fire fighting, and cleanroom systems.
• Monitor project progress, work scheduling, manpower, and material requirements.
• Supervise procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and quality inspections.
• Ensure all M&E designs meet functionality, practicality, and compliance standards.
• Attend audits, coordinate with contractors, consultants, customers, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain documentation for project submissions, testing, and progress reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for operational issues.
• Ensure safety, legal compliance, and adherence to QA/QC requirements.
• Perform 5S workplace organization and support additional facility projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in facility engineering, M&E project management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and facility-related issues.
• Experience in Carbon Footprint reporting or as an Energy Manager is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support projects and facility operations as needed.
