  • Provide support in the driving of organization effectiveness transformation strategies across all business and support units.
  • Assist in the quantitative analysis and interact with stakeholders to build business cases and develop solutions to translate organization-wide strategic direction into actionable and executable initiatives;
  • Support large-scale bank-wide projects that incorporate transformational, practical and innovative solutions to address business challenges and in achieving organizational goals;
  • Support in the delivery of complex organization effectiveness change programs that enhances the business operation;
  • Assist in the monitoring of overall project progress and deliverables in meeting project objectives, budget and datelines;
  • Work with regional stakeholders to ensure sound governance and organizational alignment between group function and international branches;
  • Facilitate the running of Operating Rhythm management meetings and business reviews.
  • Provide overall support to the CEO Transformation Office in the wide range of tasks and responsibilities with the intention to drive strategic growth for the bank.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external stakeholders; Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Education/Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.
Experience/Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task and work with critical deadlines.
