Summary of role:
The Digital Marketing and Acquisition Manager will take a hands-on role in taking this portfolio of digital products to market, whilst ensuring effective execution of acquiring customers digitally and the complete customer life cycle. This will comprise product promotion, customer prospecting, lead generation/business development, pre-sales/technical marketing, digital sales operations, lead conversion and closing sales, customer success management/revenue retention, and professional services associated with product implementation. Develop and manage necessary business relationships internally and externally for strategic projects to meet desired outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategize to target new to bank and existing to bank transacting and acquired on traditional channels to be digitally onboarded.
- Identifying emerging or existing customer and market requirements critical to the digital growth of the bank.
- Engaging with customers to fully understand business needs, then recommend and prioritise development of solutions to the Product Management team.
- Lead and develop the ideal customer journey from awareness to purchase via the bank's digital channel.
- Thereafter drive the development and delivery of paid and organic ads marketing plans, content, earned reviews, user generated content and landing pages to drive conversions at every stage of the customer journey.
- Plan and create marketing campaign thematic and work effectively and efficiently with bank wide custodians.
- Lead product team to develop go-to-market initiatives to increase revenue and customer acquisition, meet objectives and cross-sell different product verticals to customers.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Malaysian Citizen
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- Strong background with marketing, branding, analytical, partnership management, sales, P&L and project management is preferred.
- Strong digital experience is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in product management, marketing, campaign management, digital or equivalent experience.
- Leadership and ability to manage an agile, virtual and multifunctional team consisting of marketing, sales and operations
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and marketing attribution models
- Experience with a start-up environment is desirable.
