  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2. Advertiser Engagement

  • Research and analyze advertiser needs to offer tailored guidance and best practices.
  • Educate clients on product features, best practices, and optimization strategies.
  • Address technical issues and provide strategic recommendations through inbound and outbound calls.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Promote advertising opportunities on TikTok’s platforms.
  • Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, messaging) with 80+ daily interactions.
  • Engage with decision-makers and influencers to drive conversions.
  • Deliver consistent messaging to encourage advertisers to increase their investment.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational strategies.
  • Analyze account performance and recommend optimizations, such as up-selling, creative strategies, and budget adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools.
  • Language proficiency in English (B2 and above)
  • Minimum college degree in any discipline (additional certifications are a plus).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,600.00 per month
