Quality Assurance Consultant 聘请质量保证顾问 RM4000- RM6000
Malaysian only, Kuala Lumpur
1. Quality Assurance:
o Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes.
o Monitor and evaluate CSM interactions with customers to ensure compliance
with company standards.
o Conduct regular audits and provide detailed feedback to CSMs.
2. Training and Development:
o Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing
CSMs.
o Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and
workshops.
o Conduct regular training sessions to keep CSMs updated on best practices,
new tools, and processes.
3. Performance Management:
o Set performance benchmarks and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness
of the Customer Success team.
o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer
satisfaction and success.
o Work with CSMs to develop individual development plans and career paths.
o Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.
4. Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer success processes.
Qualifications:
o Degree in Business, Communication, Education
Experience:
o Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
