  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role and Responsibilities • Operate Turn-Mill machines, Deburring and Rod Polishing station, with timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level. • Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 5S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety • Timely perform maintenance and calibration on machines, equipment, gauges, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures according to schedule; including control properties of cutting fluids (ph value, concentration etc.) • Properly setup and handle Turn-Mill machines, cutting tools, jigs/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters for Turn-Mill machining, deburring and gauging processes. • Accurately maintain information in Production Supporting System (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality, delivery leadtime) with accurate data entry and timely transactions. • Perform task according to procedure and work instruction. • Perform timely recording and accurate reporting of production status especially departmental KPI • Reports to and supports supervisor in term of coordinating and communicating in case of quality issues, availability of parts and components, and any critical delivery timelines. • Preparing and maintaining tooling/tooling list, CNC program for Turn- mill machine and conduct trial run to meet first article inspection. • Any other tasks assign by superior. 2. Qualifications and Key skills: • Prefer 3 years of machining experience in CNC Turning (Turn-Mill machine with Fanuc, Siemens or Okuma controller) • Experienced with tool management such as tool life monitoring, tool presetting, tool stock control • Experienced in process planning in Turn Mill such as clamping, tools and programming preparation • Experienced in using measuring equipment, e.g. Gauges, profile projector, CMM etc. • Quality awareness • Good characters for teamwork and reliability • Prefer Basic Microsoft Office knowledge 3. Special skills (such as special certifications) • Prefer with PSDC or JMTI Level 2~3
