How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, bill of quantities and calculation materials, quantity take-off and cost estimation.
  • Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the calculations are accurate of the work.
  • Reviewing of materials specification of quantity estimation.
  • To request quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers, analyse and prepare tendered evaluation report.
  • Evaluate and prepare claims main and sub-contractors work done claim and certification by monthly basis.
  • Prepare sub-con documents for the appointments of sub-cons and facilitate pre and post award processes for qualified sub-cons.
  • To monitor and all procurement activities for the project including materials and appointed sub-cons.
  • To control and monitoring of project budget, costing and procurement.
  • Assist to provide efficient, accurate and timely costing to the management.
  • Any other AD Hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
  • A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office/ MS Excel
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to learning

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 - 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
