Location: Johor Bahru
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies to protect company assets.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Oversee administrative operations, including office management and general administration.
- Lead and manage the finance and administration team, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment.
- Supervise accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including the timely preparation and submission of tax filings such as income tax, withholding tax, and service tax.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on accounting matters and coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
