About The Role

  • The role focuses on driving APAM's (AIA Pension and Asset Management) key objectives that includes sales growth for all distribution channels, AUM and profitability.
  • Responsibilities include assist in managing agency distribution, supervising non-agency channels and assist customer support. investment marketing (Market Outlook and Funds roadshows), and development of collaterals and marketing campaigns.
  • The position also manages the development of marketing collaterals, support in training and recruitment and generate data analysis and campaign reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support on Agency Distribution Channel and other agency-related business functions (ie. agency admin)

  • Monthly performance review with Agency Cross Sell Team on outsourced KPIs deliverables, agency engagement and activities
  • Engagement with AIA agents and agencies on sales and campaign support
  • Drive the recruitment growth of PRS consultants through agency and assist to conduct FIMM Familiarization Program.
  • Participation in agency, non-agency and industry events

Customer and Agency Campaigns Development

  • Preparation of Business Paper
  • Data Analysis for campaign planning and monitoring
  • Post campaign evaluations.

Manage non-agency distribution channels to maximize customer acquisition and cross sell opportunities (IFAs, Staff and Direct).

  • Rolldown of campaigns and regular engagement to IFAs
  • Monthly updates and regular training to all AIA Service Centers
  • Briefing to New On-Boarding AIA Staff

Assist in Corporate On-Boarding

  • Preparation and Execution of Vesting Agreements
  • Liaise with Operation Team and Legal & Governance Department
  • Participation of corporate presentation and events

Assist the Distribution and Customer Support:

  • Handling of customers and agencies enquiries and feedback
  • New consultants on-boarding and license maintenance requirement
  • Social media monitoring of consultants to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in monitoring of sales reports and campaign fulfillment

Enhance Marketing Collaterals and Proposition:

  • Procurement of marketing items
  • Preparation of monthly circulars write-ups, monthly rolldown slides and presentations.
  • Development of marketing collaterals including iCari and EDMs
  • Development of social media campaigns, product write-up and content creation
  • Updates of AIA PRS website and PPA Insights/Spotlights on campaigns

Assist in development of compelling propositions, marketing materials and training modules for Agency Distribution Channel:

  • Design and aligned all messaging, monthly agency rolldown presentation, and all agency
  • & customer engagement activities
  • Development of training modules including sales management and submission guides
  • Training and workshops to agency channels, AIA customer service staff and others.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  1. Experience in funds distribution business covering both agency and non-agency channels.
  2. Sound knowledge in PRS with an understanding of mutual fund market trends and movements
  3. Ability to identify product trends and to advise in the design of products to meet investor needs.
  4. Understanding of strategy and business development process and approval, together with sound knowledge of the operational and regulatory frameworks.
  5. Execution focus and a passion for meeting business goals.
  6. Strong collaboration skills to manage both internal and external parties
  7. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for results
  8. Strong integrity and high ethical standards.
  9. University graduate with good academic qualifications, preferably in Finance
  10. Good at public speaking.
  11. Fluent in English + Malay & Chinese added advantage.
