The Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting management and team members with administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.

2. Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, presentations, and reports for management.

3. Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and paper records.

Communication Facilitation:

1. Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and meeting invitations.

2. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

3. Support the management team in disseminating information across departments.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

2. Take detailed minutes during meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.

3. Organize logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

*Working Location: Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru.

*Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

*12 days of Annual Leave.

*14 days of Public Holiday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
