We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, manpower planning, training, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with departments to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and counseling on work-related issues.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and processes in line with company direction.
- Ensure legal compliance with the Employment Act, payroll processing, and contributions to EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDC.
- Maintain employee training records and identify areas for development.
- Promote employee engagement by organizing social and recreational activities.
- Oversee insurance renewals, health screenings, and administrative tasks related to employee benefits.
- Supervise outsourced services, such as cleaning and security, and manage company events logistics.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, with essential payroll expertise.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including the Employment Act and Industrial Act.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, resourceful, and takes initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, able to engage at all levels.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high integrity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM108,000.00 - RM144,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Full Spectrum of HR and Payroll Expertise: 5 years (Preferred)
- Administrative & Operational HR: 5 years (Preferred)
- Regional payroll processing and compensation & benefits: 5 years (Preferred)
