
Store Team Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and motivate the sales assistants to meet sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales assistants in driving sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of the team and take corrective actions as needed.
- Train and coach sales assistants to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by the sales assistants.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor sales assistants on providing excellent customer service.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the store team.
- Lead and supervise the sales assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among the team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and updates.
- Coach and develop sales assistants to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Train sales assistants on product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Guide and encourage sales assistants to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Provide ongoing product training to keep the team updated on new releases.
- Monitor and assess the sales assistants' upselling performance.
- Ensure the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the Assistant store operations or any related team on store layout and displays.
- Train and guide sales assistants on effective product placement and presentation.
- Regularly review and maintain attractive and impactful store displays.
- Support the assistant store operations in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in managing store inventory, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store processes and procedures.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the assistant store operations or senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management or business administration is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store’s schedule.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
