- Support in-store branding efforts, including POS materials, displays, and promotional setups.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and track campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
Required Candidate Attributes
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management and marketing roles.
Knowledge & Hard Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and execution
- Experience in managing agencies and marketing vendors.
- Knowledge of both online (social media, digital marketing) and offline (events, activations) marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), graphic design and digital marketing tools.
- Strong writing skills for social media captions and marketing copy.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Understanding of branding principles and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers
