  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple brands and product ranges.

  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage online brand reputation.

  • Assist in planning and executing brand activation activities, including product launches, training events, and roadshows.
  • Assist in developing creative content for marketing materials, videos, and brand storytelling.
  • Support in-store branding efforts, including POS materials, displays, and promotional setups.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.
  • Monitor and track campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for improvement.

Required Candidate Attributes

Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management and marketing roles.

Knowledge & Hard Skills:

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and execution
  • Experience in managing agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Knowledge of both online (social media, digital marketing) and offline (events, activations) marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), graphic design and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong writing skills for social media captions and marketing copy.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Understanding of branding principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers
