Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Seri Kembangan. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and communication to drive sales and business growth.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management skills
- Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge in Cyber Immune Thin Client & IoT Secure Gateway is an advantage.
- Experience in Governent & Private especially in Financial & Health Care Industry will be good advantage.
- Fresh Graduate with very strong determination and accept the challenges will encourage to apply.
