Customer Service Representative March Intake English Speaker
Project: Airline project
Working Days: 5 days’ work, 2 days off
Working Hours: 24-hours rotational shift (9.5 hours per shift with 1 hour break + 30 mins short break)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluently communicating and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Able to work on rotational shifts.
Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle all outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and concerns regarding the airline’s services, policies, and products.
Contact customers proactively if their flights have been rescheduled, providing updated details and alternative options if needed.
Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and other travel-related inquiries.
Address and resolve customer grievances professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy in all communications and transactions.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
