ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist day to day accounting functions include manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR&AP) are recorded on timely basis
2. Maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents.
3. Follow up collection and allocation of payments.
4. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
5. Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of account by monthly basis.
6. Assist in communication with suppliers/customers on matters relating to payments.
7. Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed.
AUTHORITIES:
1. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
REQUIREMENT:
- Mininum one (1) year working experience in related field.
- Candidate preferably possess at least SPM ,Post Graduate Diploma, Finance and accountancy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision with sense or urgency.
- Must be independent and self motivated.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
