  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions:

  • To send Statement of Account (SOA) by third working day of every month.
  • Ensure collection rate of 99.75% for 6 months and 98.50% for 3-6 months aging brackets.
  • To send out reminder letters for outstanding debts exceeding agreed payment terms (case to case basis).
  • To apply payment for third-party payors (3PP) on timely basis, within T + 1 of payment advice received date or payment clearance in RSH bank statement.
  • To liaise with third-party payors (3PP) for payment advice once payment is received / cleared in RSH bank statement.
  • To recon for short-paid bills within T+1 of payment application. CN/DN to be executed within same period.
  • To liaise with FIN on unapplied / unlcear payment identification and application before end of each financial year.
  • To liaise with respective BSC/FIN on identification of root cause of unfinalized bills.
  • To work with FIN on "provision for bad debt" regarding long outstanding debts more than 1 year.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Excel proficiency (Pivot Table & Vlookup), customer service, prior experience in hospital operations (Business Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
