Job Description:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement.
  • Learning recruitment methods to meet company's strategic needs.
  • Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
  • You will have the global exposure and will be supporting Asia Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
  • You will assist Recruiters/TA team on doing translation of job posting, sourcing, screening…etc.
  • You will support the TA team on data consolidation and analysis.
  • You will support recruiters/TA to innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
  • You will co-manage intern job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications).
  • Grab the chance to brainstorm and refine employment branding messages and materials for campus recruiting.
  • You will proactively collaborate with recruiters & hiring managers to assist in interview scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant field
  • University students who excel in coordinating and managing events within timeline given.
  • Computer skills especially knowledge in Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to act on own initiative where necessary
