Location: Infinite centre, PJ

Your key duties include:

  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
  • Follow up with key customers on outstanding invoice payment and record in system after received payments.
  • Process sales order, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes, as and when required.
  • Follow-up and respond promptly on customer request.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage daily invoice scanning record.
  • Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact Information.
  • Provide Administrative support, as and when required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Advantages:
