  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Digital Marketing Officer & Content Creator

Requirements:

- Minimum requirement SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communication or any related will be advantageous

- Excellent communication skills in major languages (English and BM)

- Confident and healthy body image

- Professional, friendly and courteous personality

- Possess own transport

- Have positive & supportive attitude

- Good team player

- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, Capcut or any video editing software and basic computer function

- Familiar with online marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads will be an advantage.

- Working hours: Able to work during public holidays / weekend

Job Description:

  • Social Media Management:Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google, Whatsapp).
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Community Engagement:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints via social media, email, and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project team on new projects
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
