Sales & Marketing Executive
OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK
Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfil the job requirements
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients
- Monitoring and maintain dealer credit limits and accounts. Monitor payment trend too to ensure account is up to date. To report to management in the event of discrepancies in payment trend and seek advice.
- Other task assigned by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic Qualification:
- not specific at least SPM minimum
- Skills/Traits:
- oral and written in major language (English, B.M & Mandarin)
- Experience:
- preferable in dealers networking environment (irrespective of trade)
- Competency:
- Fast learner and computer literate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
