- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams for process architecture and digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and sales regulations in system designs and integrations.
- Define and enforce process and data governance policies to maintain data integrity across O2C and P2P workflows.
- Enable advanced analytics and reporting for lead generation, sales performance, order management, and supplier relationships.
- Guide cross-functional teams through process transformations, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and workflows.
- Mentor and support junior team members in enterprise architecture methodologies and process optimization.
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Optimization
- Strong expertise in O2C, P2P, CRM, ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and financial systems integration
- Experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI-driven process enhancements)
- Proven ability to bridge business strategy with technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally across teams
