The Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing activation strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role focuses on implementing experiential marketing, in-store activations, digital campaigns, and event management to ensure successful brand representation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Activations & Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing activations across various channels (retail, digital, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create on-brand campaigns.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Ensure all activations are aligned with brand guidelines and enhance brand equity.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during promotional events and activations.
  • Event Management:
  • Organize and manage events, product launches, pop-ups, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor negotiations, and budgets.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Build relationships with retail partners, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand exposure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
  • Digital Activation:
  • Develop and implement online activations, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze activation performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI).
  • Provide post-campaign reports and insights for future campaign improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

OR

  • 1 year of experience in brand activation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for branding.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid media campaigns
  • Experience with social media analytics tools

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
