  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Plan for the availability of critical spare parts.
  • Drive and support plant productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Improve production material yield.
  • Lead cost-of-goods reduction initiatives, projects, and programs.
  • Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing material and utility waste.
  • Perform engineering analysis to minimize downtime and waste.
  • Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production efficiency.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and implement resolutions.
  • Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to achieve production goals.
  • Advise the manager on staff development opportunities.
  • Recommend policy and procedural changes.
  • Oversee the training, evaluation, motivation, and discipline of staff.
  • Proactively identify process and technical improvements that will minimize incidents and disruptions, reduce costs, and enhance capacity and availability.
  • Manage daily manpower, track attendance, and lead morning briefings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in an Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing, or Engineering department.
  • Must be able to work on a 4-on-2 shift pattern or as determined by management.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance.
  • Willingness to work extra hours and/or beyond the regular schedule to complete work assignments as required.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, ownership, and accountability.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
