We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to oversee and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Optimize PPC campaigns, paid social, display ads, and affiliate marketing to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROAS.
- Research and implement new trends and strategies to improve performance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create engaging ads and landing pages.
- Develop and present performance reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
