Warehouse Executive

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations. • Discuss problems and issues with Warehouse Manager; handle and solve the problems or issues in effective and timely manner. • Ensure effective handling of goods in the warehouse including inspection, sorting, stacking, storage, movement, loading, unloading, etc. • Ensure security and accountability for goods and in the warehouse including inventory control. • Ensure accurate physical count of goods. • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery and shipment of goods or products according to schedules or orders. • Make certain that the housekeeping is in order. Ensure that all warehouse associates diligently perform housekeeping. • Initiate and carry out routine and ad-hoc checks on inbound, outbound, process, accuracy, equipment, and report any non-compliances, feedback or improvement suggestions with preventive and corrective actions wherever applicable. • Track and report operations improvement initiatives as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. • To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors or Management from time to time.
