  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and coordinate in all work including assembly, installation, support, maintenance, reparations, and delivery of related products or projects.
  • On-site support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with any software or hardware system.
  • Ensure safety, tidiness, and cleanliness of the work environment.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports such as installation form, job sheet form, and summary report.
  • Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
  • Ensure all work orders are executed and completed on time.
  • Conduct training and liaise with customers on product technical-related matters.
  • Keep abreast of advancements and attend workshops or training as required.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior or management.

Skills/Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in onsite installation, repair, or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
