We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead in shaping the future of luxury jewellery via innovative campaigns, brand activations, strategic leadership, and creative storytelling that captivate high-net-worth audiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth in the luxury jewellery market.
  • Develop a strategic marketing calendar outlining key initiatives, promotions and events aligned with business objectives, brand identity, product launches and seasonal trends.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, social media, in-store promotions, and visual merchandising) to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Enhance the brand’s luxury positioning by crafting compelling storytelling that resonates with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content across all platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, events and in-store materials.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights, informing product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Lead in organizing and executing high-profile events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness, sales, and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, and email marketing, to optimize online presence and engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, luxury brands, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to extend brand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience, including a managerial role within the luxury goods sector, with deep knowledge of high-end consumer behaviour.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail, with an eye for luxury branding and high-end retail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events, meetings, and market research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per month
