Telemarketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Maction’s products and services.
Identify and qualify leads based on the company’s target audience.
Follow up on warm leads and inbound inquiries to convert them into customers.
Maintain an updated database of contacts and prospects.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Address inquiries, handle objections, and provide product/service information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team if needed.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain detailed call logs and records of customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on call performance, customer feedback, and sales opportunities.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
4. Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
Provide feedback on customer concerns, objections, and market trends.
Suggest improvements in the telemarketing approach to enhance effectiveness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
