Production supervisor

Our existing production factory is first established since 2001 in Zhuhai, China covering operation from concept and design input, engineering drawings, sophisticated working prototypes, testing outputs to manufacturing methodologies and production to ensure final products are of the highest quality. With our current new expansion in Johor, Malaysia serving clients mainly from USA and European markets, we are diligently hiring capable individuals to join, grow and develop with us for this exciting journey ahead. Qualifications 1. Minimum Diploma with more than three years of production management experience. 2. Familiar with the production process of various products with good organizing ability; must have on-site 6S production management experience. 3. Proficient in using office software and having good communication, organizational coordination and leadership skills, 4. Possesses good professional ethics, sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure. 5. Must be proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Job Description 1. Responsible for the management of production, quality control, personnel safety, equipment and instruments, and daily work arrangements of the manufacturing department to ensure the completion of various work indicators. 2. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of production capacity, the reasonable arrangement of personnel and equipment, timely adjustment of production layout and production load, reducing production losses and improving production efficiency. 3. Responsible for the supervision and guidance of the production process to ensure production quality. 4. Responsible for timely analysis of production dynamics and abnormalities in the production process, proposing solutions to ensure optimal production operation. 5. Responsible for the on-site 6S management of the manufacturing department, realizing the standardization of the production workshop and visual management. 6. Responsible for establishing and improving production management systems, processes and training plans. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
