As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talents of corporate background to meet our client’s staffing requirements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.

To Ensure Success, You Will Also Need to:
1. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions for corporate talents.
2. Build Your Talent Pipeline: Maintain accurate candidate data and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to cultivate a pool of high-quality candidates.
3. Measure & Refine: Generate recruitment reports and analyse metrics to continuously improve recruitment performance
4. Become a Networking Ninja: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to build a robust talent pool beyond traditional job boards.
5. Embrace Innovation: Be a thought leader within the company, suggesting and implementing creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
The Key Competencies to be a Rockstar!
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketer/Telesales/Recruiter or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity in hiring within the space of Mass Recruitment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
