Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machines or equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

- Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and work with the maintenance team for more complex repairs.

- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery, ensuring they are functioning correctly.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and quality standards.

- Follow company procedures and protocols for operations, quality assurance, and safety.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet workplace hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with machinery, equipment, and production processes.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and resolve them efficiently.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within an operational setting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Technical or vocational training in machinery operation or a related field is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts if necessary.
