Job Purpose

  • To oversee Marketing for Affordable Home Projects (SEED), reporting directly to the General Manager (GM, Development Services)
  • The role includes the overall planning and implementation of effective Development and Phase Marketing Plans and ensuring the timely execution of all New Launches as per Budget Plan , as well as to clear unsold stock


Job Responsibilities


Branding

  • To lead Brand Positioning of new SDP product
  • To prepare and work central marketing team to craft communication and media plan to implement branding strategy


Product

  • Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products support in conjunction with the marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
  • Identify market trends & opportunities, review competitor activities and changes in consumer needs/wants (Market Intelligence)


Pricing Strategy

  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability
  • Formulate pricing strategies with market intelligence in place
  • Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs
  • Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
  • Assisting in creating promotional campaigns
  • Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors
  • Develop overall marketing objectives, strategies & action plans to ensure marketability & salability of all products
  • Execute product marketing launch process, strategize on market positioning, value propositions to facilitate communication and sales presentations
  • Oversee end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of all new product
  • launches and ensure launch success
  • Implement action plans to market and sell ‘not new launches' and completed stock


Promotion

  • Set the overall sales strategy, ensure channel, and launch readiness, and manage the quarterly and long-term business planning
  • Translates the strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects, priorities, and timelines, and ensures alignment with strategic plans to turn strategy into reality
  • Drive decisions for the product line to define market opportunities and to develop a Product Launch strategy


Pre Sales Planning

  • Develop strategies for reaching customers and generating sales leads
  • Provide financial analysis assistance to sales team required for negotiation planning
  • Ensure tracking sales objectives along with promotion effectiveness
  • Develop promotion analysis framework as required for tracking purposes plus analyze ROI on promotion investment


Education & Professional Experience

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with good working knowledge in property development / commercial & retail development / real estate management
