  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The MARCOM Officer needs to assist in planning marketing communication strategies to meet our priorities in ensuring the brand positioning of our products and services.

  • Assist in planning marketing communication strategies to meet our priorities in ensuring the brand positioning of our products and services.
  • Conduct market research, monthly guest comment statistic report from hotel website, Online Travel Agency (OTA), In-room feedback form and analyse trends to identify marketing opportunities
  • Monthly Report to Hotel Manager every 4 of the month.
  • Help Sales Department to develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
  • Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships.
  • Communication between various departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination across internal departments and external parties.
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Able to perform well under pressure to complete ad-hoc tasks requested by superiors.
  • Coordinate and provide support in marketing event or promotional activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry to identify new content opportunities and marketing initiatives
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for various communication channels, including the company website, social media, newsletters, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure all written content is aligned with the company’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking the effectiveness of communication strategies through regular reporting and analytics.
  • Provide recommendations for improving communications based on data insights.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
