Role Description:
This position reports directly to HR and Admin Manager in HQ. As HR and Admin Assistant Manager, they should be highly enthusiastic in people management and relatively resourceful and flexible in problem tackling. This position will be exposed to HR & Admin operations in MEP Group of Companies, located in Malaysia and overseas.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assume full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training & development and compensation & benefits in MEP Group of Companies
- To execute and assist in reviewing of Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- To liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement
- To attend to customer and government bodies audit in relation to HR & Admin
- To support in the handling of disciplinary issues, complaints, grievance in accordance to Company policies and rules
- To assist in matters related to RBA compliances and maintenance for the Company
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
