Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
  • Identify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platform
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations
  • Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving sales, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Willing to travel to meet sellers
