Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
- Identify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platform
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations
- Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving sales, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
- Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus)
- Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Willing to travel to meet sellers
