Airfreight - Customer Service Coordinator
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Logistic / Industrial Logistic / Logistic & Freight Forwarding Management.
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in airfreight forwarding customer service.
3. Familiar with the freight forwarding international commercial terms.
4. Working knowledge of Airline Tariffs - IATA, market rate, ULDs, regulations & procedures, operational rapport with ground handlers.
5. High level of social networking with airline representatives
6. Willing to work at KLIA Cargo, Sepang
Job Scope:
1. Attend to customers inquiry via phone or email.
2. Prepare quotation for regular customers or potential customers.
3. Liaise with Airlines for booking inquiry and airfreight rates.
4. Liaise with internal Operation Department for Air Waybill execution and loading instruction.
5. Billing and sorting of supporting documents before handover to Accounts Department to issue invoices to customers.
6. Liaise with Trucking Department for trucking arrangement as and when required.
7. Daily updates to customers and other downline stations on cargo uplifting status.
