  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential SME clients to promote loan products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Explain loan products, terms, and conditions clearly to customers in their preferred language.
  • Assess customers' financial situations and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and ensure all required documents are submitted.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

1. SPM Leavers or Diploma holders can apply with one year experience in Telemarketing

2. able to speak in Mandarin and English

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
