Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for all restaurant positions, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and managers. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards and operational procedures.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops for restaurant staff, utilizing various methods such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and e-learning. Ensure training is delivered consistently across all locations.
- Performance Assessment: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the performance and competency of restaurant staff. Provide feedback and coaching to help employees improve their skills and meet performance standards.
- Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee the implementation of audit plans for our restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Audit Reporting and Follow-up: Analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and brand compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to different restaurant locations for training and audit purposes
