Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for all restaurant positions, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and managers. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards and operational procedures.

  • Audit Reporting and Follow-up: Analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and brand compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to different restaurant locations for training and audit purposes
