Job Purpose

Responsible for establishing goals, planning and executing Consumer Financing deliverables via regions and branches. Oversee overall region’s Financing portfolio, sales targets and growth, working closely with Regional Business Manager. Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Forecasting of annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals for all assigned portfolios.
  • Monitor and analyse sales forecast, pipeline and on-ground activities for Property Financing and Personal Financing.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure both short and long-term growth.
  • Manage sales teams to maximize sales revenue and meet assigned targets.
  • Assist and educate Sales Personnel in their sales techniques, presentation of strategies, via regular meetings and engagements.
  • Build network and relationships with external business partners such as housing agents, brokers, lawyers and developers.
  • Deepen client relationships through the development of on-going interactions and demonstrate ability to continuously grow a portfolio of customers.
  • Supports Head of Property & Personal Financing in marketing activities.
  • Create a platform for Business Unit/Sales Channel to approach potential customers by organizing events, exhibition, booth.
  • Emphasize excellence via establishment of performance standards and compliance.

Training & Development

  • Work closely with Regional Business Manager ensuring Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Financial Advisor executes the activities involved to achieve sales targets and deliver high service standards and customer experience across all regions.
  • Plan the training programs required for each Region based on the requirement identified from the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure professional development of talents.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

  • To ensure staff are familiar on Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures via on formal and informal training.
  • To Implements departmental policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Accomplish regional sales manpower by overseeing region and branches manpower requirement.
  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure target assigned to be achieved.
  • Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching as part of succession plan
