Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for ticket sales, customer communication, reservations, and sales tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Expected Salary: MYR3200 - MYR4000

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel ticketing.
  • Proficiency in group airline ticketing, including bookings, reissues, refunds, and re-bookings.
  • Experience working with multiple airlines and coordinating ticketing requirements across departments.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle fare inquiries professionally.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus GDS is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage invoicing, debt collections, and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Skilled in ticket sales, reservations, and travel industry operations.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
