Responsibilities

1.Proactive Client Engagement: As a VOC intern, you'll actively reach out to clients via phone calls to address any abnormal complaints or messages, such as issues with parcel pickups or delays in service. By verifying the causes of these issues and maintaining effective communication, you'll play a crucial role in resolving concerns promptly and maintaining strong client relationships.

2. 3. Task Fulfillment and Research: You'll be responsible for fulfilling tasks assigned by supervisors, which may include conducting research to gather insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis. Your findings will contribute to the company's strategic decision-making process.

4. Clerical Duties: In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you'll also perform various clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the department. This may include preparing presentations, drafting reports, and organizing data to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, Customer Service or Human Resources/Admin
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Chinese, English, and Malay languages is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure is necessary
