Details of the Division and Team:

The Processor is role to focus on supporting all products related to Global Cash Operation (GSO) which include, Cross Border payments, Local payment processing in accordance with Bank policy and procedures.

Your key responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for the daily and periodic activities related to processing of all Global Cash Operations products according to the bank’s policy and procedures. The incumbent will be reporting directly to the Head of GCO.

Apart from daily and periodic activities related to product processing, the incumbent is also expected to work closely with the Unit Head in processing daily BAU activities within the expected timeline.

Key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Foreign and Local Payment remittance processing i.e. SWIFT , Rentas and Low Value Processing work with accuracy and compliance to bank’s procedure.
  • Adhered to agreed high service levels for turnaround time and industry / currency cut-off times.
  • Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating procedure (SOP) and compliance against all relevant policies, standard and guidelines.
  • Timely reporting and escalation of risk events/incidents, control issues, suspicious transactions and complaints for appropriate action.
  • Contribute constructively towards improvements initiatives.
  • Supporting Unit Head in local and regional initiatives, project and system enhancements, data gathering, new policy role out and Quality Assurance
  • Handling operations related queries from internal and external parties
  • Other special for adhoc projects as assigned by Unit Head or Head of Department


Your skills and experience:

  • Preferable with more than 2 years experience (preferable) in the Banking/Finance industry
  • Good knowledge of Remittance products and understanding of Risk and Controls
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy in a fast paces environment
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadline/cut-off and work under pressure independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self motivated and self starter
  • Teamwork oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Graduates with good academic records
  • Good command in English (speaking and writing)
