Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating effectively within the team, and utilizing executive administrative and clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Related Field
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Salary Range

RM 2,500 - 3,500

Working Hour

Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm.
