  • Update the master file with daily cash inflows/outflows, process refunds, and manage client deposit payments.
  • Inform relevant departments of daily collections, cross-check details for accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies quickly.
  • Record and report unsuccessful transactions, process payment requests, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.
  • Verify and update records for agent-related fees, ensuring clear documentation and accuracy.
  • Ensure all financial documents (payment slips, transaction slips, etc.) are organized and readily available for audits.
  • Assist the department with financial or administrative activities as assigned.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or higher in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or administrative roles is preferred, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Good communication skills, flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
