Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Assistant located in Klang. The Billing Assistant will be responsible for managing the billing process, invoicing, communication with clients, and assisting with accounting and finance tasks on a day-to-day basis.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

a) To handle billing and invoicing for key account clients.

b) Prepare weekly billing reports for the client

c) Enter invoice details to the client web platform

d) Communicate with the client on invoice discrepancies

e) Filing and sorting documents

f) Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Management

and obtained good results in Mathematics (SPM)

b) Prefer with 1 year of working experience in a similar position.

c) Proficient in Microsoft Office

d) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

e) Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude

f) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

g) Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Saturday Alternate Off)

Working Hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
