We’re looking to add Human Resource Manager in Tampoi, with our subsidiary Munivac Sdn Bhd. This role reports into the Senior Manager, HR and is fully accountable for full spectrum of HR functions ranging from organizational planning, organizational development, employment, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits to employee services.

As an HR Manager, you are managing:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and execute manpower planning, recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Employee Relations/Industrial Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Foster a positive workplace culture and facilitate disciplinary management and conflict resolution.

Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct satisfaction surveys.

Performance Management:

Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.

Create development plans for employees to enhance skills and career growth.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and create programs to support employee development.

Organize and deliver training sessions on various topics.

Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Responsible for RBA audit, Customer’s and all others audit compliance, ensure follow up action plan.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.

Prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment effectiveness.

Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve HR processes.

Teamwork and Leadership

Ability to work and lead a team

To build and develop and effective HR team

Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human resources management, or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills in managing the stakeholders.
  • Effective team player with leadership ability to build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Possess strong collaboration skills to work cross functionally
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skill with ability to comfortably and effectively communicate and work with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through to completion and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with limited support, using independent judgement & discretion
  • Analytical, flexible, self & result-driven and proactive in seeking for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
