Application Support Specialist (2-5years) - Malaysia onsite

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Application Support Specialist role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring system stability, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role involves working closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality support services.
- Min 2 years’ experience working under application development or application support ·
- Knowledge with Linux commands and shell scripting and have working experience with database such as MS-SQL or Oracle or Postgres DB will be an advantage.
- · Highly self-motivated, dedicated, proactive and versatile. 24X7 commitment is needed ·
- Good interpersonal skills, coordination skills and good problem solving & analytical skills. ·
- Self-motivated, ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and embrace new technology ·
- Knowledge of the payment ecosystem is a plus.
