  • • Prepare and assign trial codes for new subscribers.
  • • Follow up on Hi-Connect subscription renewals and payment collection.
  • • Maintain subscriber agreements and records.
  • • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support.

    2. Marketing & Event Support

    • • Maintain marketing tools, files, and user guides.
    • • Assist in social media updates and advertising efforts.
    • • Support event planning, coordination, and execution.

      3. Financial & Banking Administration

      • • Process invoices, receipts, and bill payments.
      • • Prepare statements of account and financial reports.
      • • Act as a maker & checker for banking transactions.

        4. Office Administration & Maintenance

        • • Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance.
        • • Manage office stationery, printing, and filing system (Google Drive).
        • • Handle courier services and general office upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or finance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Microsoft Office & Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
