Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (offline and online) across various channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on outcomes and insights.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, and other critical metrics.
- Use data insights to refine and improve marketing strategies, ensuring continual optimization and performance enhancement.
- Ensure that marketing goals and KPIs are consistently met, delivering results across all areas of the marketing function.
Team Leadership & Management
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure ongoing professional development of team members.
- Oversee resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and strategic objectives.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, media relations, digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
